2018 Community Grant Application

The Downtown Neighborhood Association announces the start of the grant application process to start 1/25/2018 and running through Wednesday, March 14, 2018 at midnight.  Proceeds from ticket sales from the Annual Holiday Tour of Homes event raise the money to fund these community grants each year.

Successful applications will present proposals relevant to one of the following:

  • Beautification / Improvements in the Downtown Area
  • Arts and Cultural Life
  • Youth Development
  • Humanitarian Causes

The application consists of an online written description of the project intended for funding. The following points should be addressed:

  • Timeline of project: Is this a new or continuing activity?
  • How much is requested and how will funds be used? Be specific.
  • How will this project impact the greater downtown area?
  • List of any other grants received by the organization in 2016 and 2017, and the objectives achieved.
  • Submitted by President/CEO/Director for organization.
