DNA Now Accepting Proposals for Community Grants
The Downtown Neighborhood Association of Savannah (DNA) raises funds to
support community organizations and neighborhood initiatives that impact the
greater downtown area of Savannah. Funds are raised through the
DNA’s Holiday Tour of Homes and Inns. Last December’s event raised more than
$40,000 which will now go back to the community in the form of grants and
The DNA is looking for grant proposals that support the downtown area in the following ways:
Beautification/Improvement in the Downtown Area
Arts and Cultural Life

The applications are reviewed by the DNA Board of Directors to determine if they meet the goals of the DNA’s Neighborhood Initiatives and Community Partner Program. Grants will be awarded by the first of May.
Our mission is to enhance the quality of life in the Historic Landmark District, protect Savannah’s unique downtown environment, and advocate public policies which support these objectives.
